• Page views, session duration, and navigation patterns via privacy-respecting analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Service delivery: To scope, execute, and manage Web Development Services Agreement projects and retainers.
• Communication: To respond to inquiries, share project updates, and send invoices.
• Improvement: To analyze website usage and improve our content and Custom Digital Solutions offerings.
• Legal compliance: To meet our obligations under Moroccan commercial law and international data protection standards.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

To deliver our Custom Digital Solutions, we utilize platforms including Vercel, AWS, Stripe, Notion, Figma, and Google Workspace. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. WebT is not responsible for the data practices of these platforms but selects only providers that meet industry-standard data protection requirements.

For projects hosted on platforms such as Vercel or AWS, the Client acknowledges that data may be processed in data centers located outside Morocco, including the European Union or the United States.

7. Data Retention

Client project data — including communications, contracts, and invoices — is retained for a minimum of 5 years following project completion to comply with Moroccan commercial and tax law. Analytics and website log data is retained for no longer than 13 months. Upon expiration of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
